Skilled administrative professional with a unique solopreneurial perspective
Chela Hardy was for years an administrative employee with a passion for business. That entrepreneurial mindset is what eventually led to her becoming a small business owner offering general virtual administrative services and creative marketing support to other small business owners around the country. Her unique perspective as both an admin and an entrepreneur is a valuable resource to many.
Chela's professional journey includes sharing her industry knowledge with others. Since 2016, she has worked as a Loudoun County Public Schools Adult Ed instructor (teaching the course How to Start & Launch a Homebased Virtual Assistant Business), and she is the creator of the professional development program Rock Your Small Office Admin Role. She occasionally speaks to small mastermind and networking groups about the important role of the entrepreneurial admin in business.
Her passion projects include Workplace Prep for Teens (a workplace readiness program she created and continues to work towards launching) and her creative work as an award-winning young adult author (writing under the pen name Kamichi Jackson).
Chela lives, works, and plays in Northern Virginia with loved ones.
